At EXI we realized many years ago that searching in only the same places as every other search firm would produce the same candidates and one ingredient in our secret sauce is that we have multiple networks outside the normal comfort zone of many traditional search firms. This corporate search strategy has been proven to increase the available Executive talent pool and has consistently provided access to often overlooked high achievers.

We currently have relationships with female and diverse candidates that have the experience and abilities to fill VP, C-suite positions, management teams for venture capital firms, alliance start-ups, performance turnarounds with high-growth results, and also Corporate Board roles. EXI has a large multinational, multicultural candidate pool open to international positions primarily in Africa and Latin America.
